Free Webinar: Importance of Cost & Schedule Integration

Projects are increasing in scope and complexity. How do we accurately predict and report on the success of a project and still have time to actually manage it? Integrating your cost and schedule is a start! In this presentation, we will discuss the power of integrated cost and schedule and the benefits of a time-phased budget vs a cost loaded schedule. We will discuss how technology can support organizations in cost and schedule integration as well as the impacts of integrated project data on a project's overall health and success.

DRMP Certification Temporarily Suspended

Application for the DRMP certification is temporarily suspended while the Certification Board undertakes a review for potential configuration. This review is driven by the Certification Board's response to requests from industry constituents for a professional-level risk management certification as a precursor to the expertise-level DRMP certification. In order to configure a professional-level risk management certification, a reconfiguration of the DRMP certification is necessary to achieve appropriate compatibility between these two levels of risk management certification.

Tech Talks Reminder

Need another reason to renew your dues? Remember that AACE offers members a free-of-charge opportunity to watch AACE Conference & Expo presentations for your personal continuing education, and if you are AACE certified, also earn CEUs toward recertification. Each presentation will be offered for one week, then it will expire. However, your CEUs earned will remain on your profile. The “Tech Talks" will be offered on Wednesdays for the period of time that our members will be working from home as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We encourage you to engage with your fellow members and to share what resources, both work and home/family resources, that may help others navigate this difficult time.
