She will begin with an overview and will explore the impact of various scheduling techniques, including, resource loaded schedule, summary vs details, and all scope included in schedule vs partial schedule, on the cost baseline. Examples of different schedule approaches and the effort required to maintain schedule and cost integration will be presented.
