Key findings include:

• Members earn $24k more than non-members
• AACE certificants earn $18k more than those without
• Conference & Expo attendees earn $17k more
• RP contributors earn $6k more
• Conference & Expo presenters earn $29k more
• 85% participants are satisfied with their jobs
• Women's base salaries are $4k higher than men (with the same education level), but overall men still earn more
