Lance Stephenson is a Senior Management Consultant (Currently employed with AECOM) with over 40 years’ experience, providing his clients with expertise in the areas of operational, portfolio, program, and project excellence. Lance is also the Chair of the Data Science & Advanced Analytics Technical Subcommittee and a contributing member of the Technical Board for AACE International. He devotes much of his personal time supporting AACE's efforts by developing industry standards and best practices. Lance is also the current editor for AACE’s 2nd edition of the TCM Framework and editor for AACE’s Cost Engineering Notebook (CEN). Lance has authored numerous recommended practices and technical papers.
